Yoga is the science of right living and as such; is intended to be incorporated in daily life. Yoga is neither merely a mystical phenomenon nor an exercise in physical acrobatics. It is a conscious and systematic process for the complete physical, mental, intellectual, emotional and spiritual development of human being.

Mental health is a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stress of life, can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.
